Ghost Caught 'Peaking' Through Castle Door at Merlin Castle, County Galway, Ireland

A photo received by Paranormal Supernatural Investigations Ireland (PSII) is reported to show a ghost 'peaking' through a door at Merlin Castle, County Galway. The photo initiated a follow up investigation of the castle door by Paranormal Supernatural Investigations Ireland.
It's worth keeping in mind that the 'face' isn't peaking through the door as it's a solid door with no gaps, the image of what appears to be a face is over the lock or handle part of the door.
Paranormal Supernatural Investigations Ireland said on their Facebook page, "Last night we had a member of the public who sent us a picture that they had taken of Merlin Castle, Co. Galway."
"Upon close inspection of the picture, the person was very concerned of what they had captured. As we are based not far from Merlin Castle we went to see if we could get the same image. Picture 2 is our photo that we had taken.", picture 2 is in reference to a picture taken by the group which had no 'face' on the door in the image.
There are a few differing opinions and one or two comments on the groups Facebook page suggest the original image was edited.
