'Grey' Alien Caught On CCTV In Bedroom??

A resurfaced clip from 2006 is reported to show an alien peeking around a doorway in the Pensacola, Florida bedroom of David Eckhart.
The clip was posted on Youtube as a snippet from an episode of 'The Proof is Out There', the TV show was released in 2021 on the History channel.
In this episode in question a man by the name of David Eckhart had setup a CCTV camera in his bedroom and it seems, as David has reported to capture a strange being peeking around the bedroom door.
David was asleep while the strange encounter played out, David didn't stir or wake up during the encounter.
The video seems to show an oddly proportioned being, a tall and skinny being.
The video clips tries to make associations of the being to the typical 'grey' aliens that are most commonly reported during alien abduction reports.
One note to keep in mind is, why was there a CCTV camera setup in the bedroom in the first place and also why is the quality of the footage so bad, even for a CCTV camera in low light in 2006 the quality would still be better than what is seen in the video.
Additionally we're not told what make or model of the camera that was used to capture the footage.
