Strange Sounds Heard Coming From Skies Around Ireland

For many years residents around Ireland and around the world have recorded strange sounds, sounding as if they are coming from the skies above them.
The sounds seem to always sound like a high pitched 'wailing' which as already stated, is coming from the skies above.
To date there hasn't been anything physical seen in the sky at the same time as the sounds occurring, it has always been just a sounds.
There are many theories as to what these sounds are with some theories falling into the realm of conspiracy theories.
One of these theories is that a project originally setup by the US military called the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) has been used to manipulate climate based events around the world.
HAARP is described as a project that is used to study the Ionosphere, nothing more, nothing less.
It's worth knowing that, yes the project was originally setup and run by the US military but in 2014 the project was handed over to the University of Alaska Fairbanks to run the project going forward.
Even if we take the conspiracy theories out of the equation the sounds heard in the skies of nations around the world are unnerving and will send a chill down your spine if your lucky enough to hear these strange sounds in Earth's skies.
