Independent researcher Richard D. Hall has announced the launch of a new investigative project entitled Richplanet Power, aimed at exploring unconventional energy technologies. The initiative includes the construction and testing of a small-scale device known as a "mini N machine", with the goal of examining the possibility of generating more energy output than input.

The concept behind the N machine, originally proposed by the late physicist Bruce DePalma, involves a rotating magnetic disc designed to produce electrical energy. According to DePalma’s claims, this setup could potentially yield electrical output beyond what classical physics would predict.

The Richplanet Power project marks a notable shift in Hall’s output. It follows his recent appeal of a court case he lost, relating to earlier content he produced. While details of the legal proceedings remain part of the public record, Hall has since moved away from the subjects that formed the basis of that case.

The new project will focus on building and analysing the device using precise measurement techniques to compare the energy supplied to the system with the energy it generates. The team plans to document all stages of the process and share their findings with the public.

Mainstream scientists remain sceptical of such devices. The First Law of Thermodynamics maintains that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only converted from one form to another. Any observation of over-unity energy production would require a fundamental reassessment of established physical laws.

As of now, no over-unity energy device has been independently verified or accepted within the scientific community. Hall’s project aims to contribute data to the ongoing debate by conducting transparent, measurable experiments.

Further updates on Richplanet Power are expected to be released through the official Richplanet platform in the coming months.
