Black Triangle Seen Moving Slowly In The Skies Over Derry, Ireland - May 1974

The witness was outside on the evening of the 5th of May 1974 at approximately 7.45pm when the witness noticed a silent, low flying triangle object that was moving very slowly.
The object reportedly seen over Derry, Ireland was a black triangle.
The witness reported, "there was a powercut, blackout in whole of northern Ireland" on the evening the object was seen.
They went on to state about the object, "this low flying craft was really black, it stood out in the dark sky".
This is one of a couple of very early reports of a black triangle being witnessed in or around Ireland.
