Ex US Government Geologist and Engineer, Phil Schneider brought to the world the idea of Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBS) which has changed the world of conspiracy theorists and non-conspiracy theorists alike.

Schneider claimed to be the son of a U-Boat commander who was alleged to have been captured by the allies and switched sides. Schneider also claimed that his father was part of the Philadelphia Experiment, "The Philadelphia Experiment was an alleged event claimed to have been witnessed by an ex-merchant mariner named Carl M. Allen at the United States Navy's Philadelphia Naval Shipyard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, sometime around October 28, 1943. Allen described an experiment where the U.S. Navy attempted to render invisible the destroyer escort USS Eldridge and the bizarre results that followed.".

Schneider's raise to fame around UFO conventions as a speaker was in relation to his claims of Deep Underground Military Bases otherwise known as DUMBS.

It's claimed by Schneider that these DUMBS exist all over the United States and that they are connected by underground maglev lines, Schneider claimed to have been involved in the construction of some of these DUMBS where he had seen some classified information.

Additionally Schneider claims to have survived a combat engagement incident involving the US military and alien's at Dulce Base.

Schneider died on January the 17th in 1996 and his death was officially ruled as suicide but there have been counter claims that he was murdered and that his death was made to look like suicide.

Further claims have been made in comparisons between Phil Schneider and Bob Lazar, where it's claimed that the scrubbing of personal historical records had taken place against Schneider to discredit him as it had been done to Lazar previously.
