Carl Nally of UPRI at Dublin Paracon Convention 2008, Discusses New Book And UFO Video

For those who remember the days of Dublin Paracon that ran for a few years back around 2008.
One of the clips from the conference is Carl Nally from UFO and Paranormal Research Ireland (UPRI) discussing his new book 'Conspiracy of Silence: UFOs in Ireland' which he co-authored with Dermot Butler and was published by Mercier Press.
Mr Nally goes on to talk about investigations that UPRI have conducted, where he says, "but we have a lot of orbs to prove that the night was well worth it", this statement contradicts the generally held understanding in the paranormal world that orbs are nothing more than dust particles, but there are still many that disagree with this assertion.
Mr Nally goes onto talk about a video that he states he obtained by a detective Garda on his way home one night, as the Garda was passing through Dunboyne, Meath the Garda is reported to have captured what looks like a triangle UFO with a light on each point and then a red beam 'shoot' out of one of the points towards the ground.
Mr Nally adds that some have questioned the "superb" footage UPRI have obtained by saying it was just lanterns, Mr Nally goes onto to state that himself and Mr Butler, "know the characteristics of the Chinese lanterns in the sky" and that they are convinced that the video footage isn't lanterns.
Further more Mr Nally says, "the Garda detective saw 12 going across his car" in reference to lights that a woman claims were her four lanterns she released for her wedding.
There was no filming of the footage at the conference due to by Mr Nally's claim that there were already fakes of the footage online and that some media outlets from around the world were asking for the footage,Mr Nally said that he wanted the footage to be kept only for conferences.
The footage is reported to have been first shown at the all Ireland UFO conference in Carrick-On-Shannon in 2008.
Mr Nally closes by saying that people can view the footage and make up their own minds.
