CCTV Footage Captures Two Dark Shadows Descending from the Sky

A piece of CCTV footage has come to light, set in Mexico in the community of San Vicente Chicoloapan in late February 2022, the footage seems to show two figures or entities descend from the sky at night and frighten a group of dogs, it's clear on the CCTV footage that the dogs saw and reacted to something.
The two figures or entities them proceed to move off to the right of the video and look to merge into a single dark figure before moving up a ridge and disappearing off screen.
Many viewers of the CCTV footage have their own opinions as to what is captured on the video. One possibility being suggested online is that the figures are alien in origin, some believe this is supported by the two figures seeming to descend from the sky.
Other viewers of the CCTV footage suggest that the figures are nothing more than video artifacts but as said earlier this is largely ruled out due to the fact that the dogs in the footage are clearly seen to react to these figures.
